9. Default
In the event of default, which includes failure to make payments as scheduled or breach of any term of this Contract, the Lender may declare the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable. The Lender may pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding Loan Amount, accrued interest, and any applicable fees. Upon default, the Lender may also exercise rights to claim and secure the Borrower’s properties and holdings as described in Section 8.

10. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].

11. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Loan Amount and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the Loan Amount.
